At Mikaz Health Care, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our ecommerce store.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 – 2 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to Pakistan.
  • If your location is not serviceable at checkout, shipping is currently unavailable for that area.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
  • We may offer free shipping on eligible orders above 2,500 PKR.
  • Any shipping promotions are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery starts after order dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking updates depend on courier scan events and may take time to appear.

6. Failed Delivery and Reattempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
  • Orders returned to us may be refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges (where applicable).

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Carrier service interruptions

8. Partial Shipments

To speed up delivery, we may ship items in multiple packages. In such cases:

  • You will receive separate tracking details for each package.
  • Additional shipping charges will not be applied unless clearly stated at checkout.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not delivered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • Share your order number and relevant photos (if damaged).
  • We will investigate and provide a replacement, refund, or resolution as applicable.
